Au Pair Login:
One of the most common questions we receive is related to logging into the Au Pair Academy. Below, we have provided instructions for both computer and mobile phone users.
- How do I login to the Au Pair Academy if I am using a computer?
- In the top right-hand corner of our website, you will find a login button. Click the login button and use the login details you created when you paid for the course.
- How do I login to the Au Pair Academy if I am using my phone?
- On our website, click the menu icon located on the top right-hand side. Once the menu has opened, click the bottom link at the bottom of the menu that says “Au Pair Academy Login.”
If you are having trouble remembering your login information, we have provided solutions for that as well:
- I can’t remember my password:
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “forgot password” link found at bottom of the login page. - I can’t remember my username:
Your username is the email address you used to sign up. If you have forgotten it, you can try using your name to login. If this does not work, please email us at hello@theaupairclub.com
Course Questions:
Another common question we receive is related to our online courses. Below, we have provided information on how to start, pause, and complete our courses.
- How do I start my Online Course?
To start your course, please login to the Au Pair Academy using your email and password. Once you have logged in, scroll down to the course section and click on the name of the course you want to start. - Can I pause my course?
Yes, you can. Our Online Academy will automatically save your progress when you logout. - Can I do my course at any time?
Yes, our courses do not expire and you can start and stop them any time you like! - Can I enroll for more than one course at a time?
Yes, many of our Au Pairs purchase our Au Pair Starter Pack which includes multiple courses. - When do I receive my certificate?
Once you have completed the online training, you will be required to complete our Au Pair Exam. Our exam is designed to test your knowledge while still being simple and fun to complete. After successfully passing the exam, you will receive your certificate automatically. The certificate will be generated and you can download it as many times as you need. No Matric or previous Au Pair experience is required to join our platform.
